The Tully Panama Western is then proudly blocked and finished in the USA with a narrow grosgrain ribbon hat band, bound brim, Bailey side pin, fine woven sweatband, and Bailey crown tip detail. The result is an eye-catching straw Western style ideal for both men and women.
