The Akubra Aussie Slouch-Open Crown was created for Australian military, since the early 1900s, it has been adopted by many an outdoor enthusiast and adventurer. The Aussie Slouch has been tested by the most extreme conditions, arid desert to humid jungle. Akubra is renowned for their tough line of hats, the slouch will take years of abuse while remaining a reliable friend all along the way.

The Akubra Aussie Slouch-Open Crown is made of pure fur felt material and comes with an open crown, letting the wearer choose the crown style best suited to them. Also comes with a brass side clip and fixture to clip the left side of the Aussie up. This accessory gives it that signature rugged styled Aussie hat. It comes complete with a leather chin strap and pleated puggaree hat band.
